Hi! I'm Megan!

I live in the Scottish countryside with my somewhat loopy but absolutely gorgeous rescue dog, Bronja.

I'm a pretty quirky, creative individual, I thrive on high energy and I can't stand being bored! When I'm not taking photographs, you'll usually find me at the craft table making jewellery or painting, over at the loch on a paddleboard or out enjoying the beautiful countryside having an adventure with Bronja.

Since I first picked up a camera, I haven't been able to put it down. Like many others,  Lens a Hand Photography came into being during lockdown when I started delving into the more artistic and impressionist side of photography. 

Post lockdown, I was delighted to get back to photographing events again, making sure you can concentrate on making the memories while I capture them for you to cherish forever.

I offer a range of photography services, from individual, couple and family portraits, pet photography to wedding and event photography to suit a range of budgets, all with a focus on candidly capturing the moments.

  I'm the type of photographer that loves to capture the energy, essence and atmosphere of her subjects, whether this is a wedding, a party, a surprise for someone special or a portrait of your best 4-legged friend. Whatever the reason, I strive to make every photoshoot a comfortable, fun and enjoyable experience for everyone. 

I am honest to a fault - if I don't think I'm the right person for the job, I will tell you right up front. I will never promise what I can't deliver.
